Project Feature:

Construction Process:
Concrete Pouring:
The minimum cement content of the base concrete is 300kg/m3, the water cement ratio should be controlled below 0.55, and the site slump of the base concrete should be between 75 and 100mm, with a thickness of at least 5cm.
Non Igniting And Anti-static Carborundum Surface Layer:
first use a disc mechanical trowel to remove the slurry, and then evenly spread 2/3 of SPR-34113 ESD non igniting and anti-static carborundum wear-resistant material to fully absorb moisture in the concrete. Use a troweling machine to lift the slurry and smooth it, and then evenly spread the remaining 1/3 of non igniting and anti-static carborundum wear-resistant material until smooth and smooth.
Curing Layer:
Spray SPR-38111C carborundum curing agent or maintain with clean water for 28 days.
