Project Features:
1. It is composed of mineral alloy aggregate with a certain particle grading, special cement, other admixtures, and admixtures.
2. Distribute it evenly on the concrete surface at the initial setting stage, and form a dense whole with the concrete ground after overall solidification.
3. Super strong hardening surface layer, high performance wear-resistant ground with high compression resistance, impact resistance, wear resistance, high density and coloring, can completely avoid the problems of bulging and shrinkage cracks that often occur in leveling layers.
4. Hard: After being treated with permeable sealing and hardening materials, the Mohs hardness of the emery ground will reach 8 to 9, and the Mohs hardness will be increased by about 45%.
5. Dust prevention: The permeable sealing hardening material reacts chemically with the silicate in the concrete to form a dust-free and dense whole on the surface of the carborundum, permanently controlling the precipitation of concrete dust from the surface voids.
6. Anti slip: On general carborundum floors, salt and alkali components can precipitate from the surface, causing slippage. However, the ground with permeable sealing and hardening materials is different. It forms a solid and dense whole on the concrete surface, and the salt and alkali components do not leach out from the surface.
7. Compressive strength: The compressive strength of the treated sample is 25% higher than that of the untreated sample, and the flexural strength is improved.%,抗折强度有所提高。
8. Impermeability: Permeable sealing and hardening materials can effectively penetrate into the carborundum and chemically react with it, locking the pores inside, providing a permanent sealing effect on the concrete surface, and effectively preventing water, oil, and other surface contaminants from entering the concrete.
9. Weathering resistance: UV and water spray have no adverse effects on the treated sample and can effectively prevent the passage of chloride ions. Tests have shown that the treated ground effect will not be affected by exposure to electromagnetic or water mist.
10. Corrosion resistance: The ground treated with permeable sealing hardening material will greatly improve the corrosion resistance of the emery ground.
11. Brightness: The carborundum floor treated with permeable sealing and hardening materials will have a marble like luster, and the longer it is used, the better the glossiness.
12. Common colors include: green, red, gray, black, and cement.
Construction Process:
Concrete Pouring:
The minimum cement content of the base concrete is 300kg/m3, the water cement ratio should be controlled below 0.55, and the site slump of the base concrete should be between 75 and 100mm, with a thickness of at least 5cm.
Hardener Carborundum Layer:
first scrape and lift the slurry, then evenly spread 2/3 of SPR-34108D/SPR-34109D carborundum wear-resistant material, allowing the material to fully absorb moisture in the concrete, use a troweling machine to lift the slurry and trowel it, and then evenly spread the remaining 1/3 of the material until it is smooth and smooth.
Curing Layer:
Spray curing agent or maintain with clean water for 28 days.
Base Surface Treatment:
First, thoroughly polish the ground with a 50-500 mesh abrasive disc until it feels smooth, and thoroughly clean the ground dust with a vacuum cleaner or other tools to enable the ground pores to fully absorb material;
Spraying Material:
Apply SPR-37102Na reinforced liquid concrete sealing and curing agent once or twice according to the base surface condition until there are crystals on the surface. Allow it to naturally penetrate for 30 to 60 minutes, then rinse the ground with clean water, and use a floor cleaner to clean the surface crystals;
Spraying Materials:
SPR-37101C universal liquid concrete sealing curing agent is evenly coated on the ground with a spray, and the ground is washed with clean water after it reacts for about 10~30 minutes, and the surface crystals are cleaned with a floor washer.
Fine Polishing:
After 6-8 hours of application of the concrete sealing curing agent, use a polishing machine to install 500 mesh, 800 mesh, 1000 mesh, 1500 mesh, 2000 mesh, and 3000 mesh grinding discs for polishing (water polishing can be selected during the polishing process). Fine polishing and polishing shall be performed three to four times until the customer's requirements are met, and the surface shall be cleaned with a vacuum cleaner;
Spraying protective agent:
Spray SPR-37207C protective agent (dosage: about 0.05 kg/m2) after the ground is clean and dry. After its natural surface is dry (about 6-8 hours), polish it with a 2000-3000 mesh resin abrasive plate (the polishing process ensures dry grinding, and do not carry water for operation) before use.
