SPR-5323P / SPR-5322P High Polymer Road Anti-slip Mortar Floor System
Project features::
1. High polymer modified epoxy mortar material is the best material for slope ant-slip, with excellent anti-slip effect, as well as noise and vibration resistance;
2. A solvent free two component system consisting mainly of polymer modified epoxy mortar and mineral fillers;
3. The two component mixture is evenly applied on the base surface, and the mineral aggregate is spread to provide excellent ant-slip function and dark ice prevention.
Scope of application:
It is suitable for urban greenways, intersections, highway slip stops, parking ramps, highway tunnels, bridges, docks, aprons, and other areas that bear heavy traffic.
Construction process:
Base surface treatment:
cement foundation ground - use a grinder to polish the entire base surface, remove laitance, clean the base surface, and repair damaged parts of the base surface with high polymer mortar. The concrete surface must be clean, dry, and firm to achieve maximum adhesion between the high polymer modified epoxy mortar and the base layer. Asphalt foundation ground - It is necessary to fully compact and wear off excess asphalt on the surface during normal driving for more than half a year to reduce the risk of cracking and peeling caused by asphalt shrinkage. Before construction, the foundation surface should be cleaned to achieve maximum adhesion between the polymer modified epoxy mortar and the base layer.
Painting primer:
Fully mix SPR-51203C polymer modified epoxy mortar primer agent A and agent B in proportion, and evenly apply it onto the clean base layer with a roller. (If the asphalt pavement does not require primer, it is necessary to wait until the pavement is completely stable before applying the anti-slip coating.).
Intermediate coating:
Fully mix agent A and agent B of SPR-51004P/SPR-51005P polymer modified epoxy mortar intermediate coating in proportion to form a uniform mortar. The total mixing time is controlled within 3-5 minutes. Apply evenly to the primer with a trowel. (Note: Do not arbitrarily add diluents or solvents.)
Spreading anti slip aggregate:
Within 5 minutes after the completion of the intermediate coating, evenly spread the aggregate onto the completed intermediate coating. (Select the appropriate particle size aggregate according to the traffic flow, and the aggregate must penetrate more than two-thirds of the thickness of the intermediate coating.).
Clean aggregate:
Use an air gun or vacuum cleaner to clean and recycle excess aggregate, and then cure it.
