Construction process:
Substrate treatment:Grind and clean the ground, and ensure that the substrate is dry and free of hollowing;
Primer coating:enhance penetration and adhesion;
Intermediate coating:design the ground thickness according to the needs, and conduct the intermediate coating mortar and sand troweling process;
Batch coating:sand or putty leveling to ensure the effect of the next process;
Surface coating:Trowel coating of epoxy resin self-flowing surface paint;
Epoxy super wear-resistant:Scrape and apply epoxy super wear-resistant first, then roll and apply it once.
Place of application:
It is mainly used in factories, underground garages, and other floors with anti-slip, wear-resistant, and matte requirements, and can solve the problems of common epoxy self-leveling and flat coating systems such as easy scratches, poor wear resistance, reflective light, strong tire noise, residual tire marks, and poor anti-slip safety.
