Project Features：
This product is a multi-functional self-leveling floor intermediate coating product, composed of three components of water-based epoxy modified cement-based self-leveling mortar, with a construction thickness of 3-5 mm. This product not only has excellent physical properties, but also has a base moisture barrier function. It is also a very environmentally friendly green water-based product. It is suitable for various types of building floors with high moisture content and wet concrete base, with Class A fire protection requirements and green environmental protection requirements.
Construction Process：
Base material treatment：Clean and polish the concrete base surface to ensure there is no oil stain, sludge, cement chips, and other attachments;
Primer coating：Brush coating, roller coating, spray coating, and other processes can be used to evenly coat the base surface. It is strictly prohibited to scratch materials during the primer construction;
ECC self-leveling mortar coating：After mixing, immediately use a trowel to push the material onto the primed dry surface, allowing it to naturally level and defoaming;
Primer coating：enhance penetration and adhesion;
Surface coating： roller coating water-based epoxy resin flat coating finish;
Surface coating: According to the use requirements, water-based polyurethane surface coating can be rolled.
